4y 8m building products end to end at Visa and Sabre (payments, data platforms, and AI) worth $160M+ in supported revenue. At ISB, I'm pointing that experience at product, strategy, and general management.
Outside class: built and run ISB Hangout solo, perform standup and poetry, and coordinate fitness programming for my cohort.
At Visa, I architected data and reporting platforms supporting Risk Advisors' analysis and $160M+ in annual revenue, enabled a $20M+ revenue pipeline through real-time analytics, and built client-facing applications that delivered a 90% improvement over legacy systems. I also worked on Generative AI applications for report summarization and intelligent customer support.
Before that, at Sabre, I worked on payment infrastructure, market expansion, microservices modernization, and platform security: experiences that taught me to focus on the customer and the business impact, not just the technology.
Standup and poetry at ISB open mics sharpen the same muscle consulting and stakeholder-facing product work demands: reading a room and landing a point in the time you're given. Coaching cohort peers on fitness as Recreation Centre Coordinator, and building ISB's first pole-fitness workshops into a real revenue line, taught me just as much about influence-without-authority as any case competition has.
